1. About GWC
“Ghumne Wala Chicken” is a street food brand operated by The First Mast Yatri, registered and operating out of Chandigarh, India. Our primary outlet is a rotisserie BBQ E-Cart located at Nirman Theatre Complex, Sector 32D, Chandigarh.
2. Use of Website
By accessing gumnewalachicken.com, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to use the website lawfully and for its intended purpose.
You agree not to:

3. Menu & Pricing
All prices displayed on our website, menu boards, and online platforms are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
GWC reserves the right to change menu items, pricing, and availability without prior notice.
Seasonal and limited-time items may not always be available.
Online delivery prices (Zomato/Swiggy) may differ from our stall prices due to packaging and platform fees.
4. Pre-Booking & Catering Orders
Catering and party pre-bookings are subject to the following conditions:
Minimum order of 4 whole chickens required for all catering bookings.
A minimum of 24 hours advance notice is required for all catering bookings.
100% advance payment is required to confirm any catering booking. No booking is confirmed without full payment.
GWC reserves the right to refuse bookings at its discretion.
In the event of cancellation by the customer, refund terms as stated in our Refund Policy will apply.
GWC will make best efforts to fulfill bookings as agreed. In the event of unforeseen circumstances that prevent GWC from fulfilling a booking, we will offer a full refund or reschedule at the customer’s choice.
5. Food Allergens & Dietary Requirements
GWC products contain a range of ingredients including wheat, dairy, garlic, and spices. Our kitchen handles non-vegetarian ingredients alongside vegetarian ones, on separate dedicated equipment (tawas, bench scrapers, oil).
While we take reasonable precautions to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that our products are 100% free from allergens.
Customers with severe food allergies are advised to inform our crew before ordering and to make an informed decision.
GWC is not liable for any allergic reactions resulting from consumption of our products where the customer has not disclosed their allergy.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on gumnewalachicken.com — including the GWC name, Ghumnu Ghumakad mascot, Boom Sauce name, logo, food photography, menu design, website design, and written content — is the intellectual property of Ghumne Wala Chicken.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any GWC intellectual property without our express written permission.
GWC’s AI-generated food photography and brand assets are exclusively owned by GWC and may not be copied or used for commercial purposes.
7. Third Party Platforms
GWC operates on third-party delivery platforms (Zomato, Swiggy). Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policies. GWC is not responsible for any issues arising from your use of these third-party platforms.
8. Limitation of Liability
GWC’s liability for any claim arising out of the purchase or consumption of our products shall be limited to the value of the product purchased.
GWC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or consumption of our products.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chandigarh, India.

GWC reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
